A short padded jacket in smooth faux leather, cut to stop at the waist so it sits over a high waisted jean or a midi skirt without cutting the leg in half. The collar is a proper funnel that stands up on its own and fastens under the chin, and the wadding is thick enough to be a real winter layer rather than a light one.
