Delivery times are estimates and may be a little longer during sale periods and bank holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel it for a full refund. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it arrives damaged or goes missing, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
