Who we are

What data we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number (optional), order history and payment status.
  • When you create an account: the details above plus your login details.
  • When you sign up to our emails: your name and email address.
  • When you visit our website: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and when you visit.
  • When you contact us: the information you include in your message.

We never receive your full card details. They go directly to our payment provider.

Why we use your data

  • To process and deliver your order and handle returns and refunds (to perform our contract with you).
  • To contact you about your order and answer your questions (to perform our contract with you).
  • To keep our accounting records (legal obligation).
  • To send you marketing emails (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email).
  • To show you relevant ads and measure how our ads perform (your consent, via our cookie settings).
  • To improve our website and prevent fraud (our legitimate interests).

Who we share your data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our shop:

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform and hosting provider;
  • our payment provider, to process payments;
  • our delivery partners, to deliver your order;
  • our email service, for order emails and newsletters;
  • advertising partners, where you've consented to marketing cookies;
  • our accountants, for financial records.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep your data

  • Order and invoice records: 6 years, as required by UK law.
  • Account details: for as long as your account is open.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
  • Website analytics: up to 26 months.
