Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to the United Kingdom. No minimum spend and no surprises at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 5–8 working days of being placed.

During sale periods and around bank holidays, delivery can occasionally take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Would you like an order sent elsewhere? Email support@invictora.com and we'll see what we can do.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

No email? Please check your spam or junk folder. If it isn't there, email us with your order number.

Delivery

If you're not home, the courier will try again or leave your parcel at a nearby collection point and let you know.

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We can't change the delivery address once the order has shipped.

Damaged or missing parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email support@invictora.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We'll sort it out.
