1. About us

These terms apply to all purchases from INVICTORA through invictora.com ("we", "us", "our").

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device settings. Minor differences in colour don't make an item faulty, but you can always return it under our returns policy (section 7).

All orders are subject to availability. We may change our range or discontinue products at any time.

3. Your order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

Our products are for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. UK delivery is free.

Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is clearly mispriced, we're not obliged to sell it at the incorrect price. We'll contact you before accepting the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver free of charge throughout the United Kingdom. Orders are delivered within 5–8 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.

6. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

7. Returns and refunds

We go further than the law requires. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Some items can't be returned for hygiene reasons, such as lingerie and swimwear with the hygiene liner removed, pierced earrings, and personalised items. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty, contact us and we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights. These rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on invictora.com, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to INVICTORA or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

10. Use of our website

You must use our website lawfully. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or copy or scrape our content.

11. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. Our website is hosted on Shopify, which processes certain data to provide its services.

13. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one affects your order, we'll let you know and, if needed, give you a full refund.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on our website when you placed it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
