1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Times

  1. United Kingdom

    • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  2. United States
    • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 9–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Where free shipping is offered, this will be clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including severe weather, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Invictora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
